Cebu Landmasters Invites Golfers to Its 2nd ‘Swing with the Masters’

Golfers in Cebu and other parts of the country will love the chance to “Swing with the Masters” once again as Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) hosts this prestigious open golf tournament this April 26-27, 2019.

To be held in Cebu Country Club, the tournament is open to all golfers and can accommodate up to 400 players. The tournament is an 18-hole Modified Stableford competition using a 4-man team format with full handicap.

“Following the success of our first Swing with the Masters last year, we are happy to announce that this year will be bigger,” said CLI founder & CEO Jose Soberano III, who is a golf enthusiast.

“I’m happy because the tournament also kept us engaged with Cebu and the golfing community in the country,” he said.

All participants will have a chance to win exciting prizes during the raffle draw and large part of the proceeds will go to chosen charity The Children’s Hour. Lastly, the Hole-in-One prizes are studio units of One Astra Place at one unit per hole.

One Astra Place is the residential component of Astra Centre by Cebu Landmasters, the next go-to destination in Cebu with its 1.2-hectare mixed use property development along AS Fortuna in Mandaue City. The golf tournament will have Team, Individual, and Ladies Division. The Team Division will have three divisions (A, B, C) with a champion, first runner-up, and second runner-up per division, as well as an overall team champion to be chosen from across all divisions. The Individual Division will also have three divisions (A, B, C) with a champion and runner-up per division and individual winners across all divisions for the lowest net and lowest gross play. A separate Ladies Division will have a champion and runner-up.

The awarding of prizes will be on April 27, 7PM, at the Cebu Country Club Grand Ballroom.
