SYNOPSIS: Northeast monsoon is affecting Luzon.
FORECAST: Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers & thunderstorms due to Easterlies. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
