SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 235 km East Southeast of Davao City, Davao del Sur (6.5 N, 127.8 E)
FORECAST: Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.
Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. The rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will experience light to moderate winds from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
