SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,240 km East of Basco, Batanes (19.6 ºN, 133.8 ºE). Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST:
Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Southwest monsoon.
Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest to West will prevail, and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
