Western Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms while rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains or thunderstorms due to Southwest monsoon.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds from Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
