SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 540 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (19.0 N, 126.7 E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with monsoon rains, while Visayas will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers & thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.
Strong to gale force winds from the Southwest will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with rough to very rough seas. Visayas will have moderate to strong winds from the South to Southwest with moderate to rough seas.
