Cebu City to Light Up Transcentral Highway
The Cebu City government partners with Cebu Electric Cooperative (CEBECO) to put up lights along the Transcentral Highway from the boundary of Balabam to Cantipla.
“…recently, its been observe that pirti jud na siyang ngit-ngita kay there is no electric post of VECO, kay VECO wala man we requested CEBECO…” DPS Head Engr. Bob Cabarrubias said.
According to Cabarrubias, it is observed that the area along the border of Balamban to Cantipla is dangerous for motorists to pass by especially during the night because there are no street lights installed.
