SYNOPSIS: At 3am today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 190 km West of Clark, Pampanga (15.1°N, 118.8°E).
FORECAST: Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to Moderate winds from the Southeast to Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
