FORECAST: Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Palawan & Occidental Mindoro due to Southwest monsoon . Cebu and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from the South to Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.
