Osmeña on Possible SRP Land Lot Purchase: “It’s Ideal”
“It’s ideal” Mayor Tomas R. Osmeña said in a presscon earlier this morning on the proposal of the Federal Land.
Federal Land, represented by it’s President, Pascual M. Garcia, express their interest to buy a portion of a land owned by the Cebu City Govenment located at the Cebu South Coastal Road, South Road Properties (SRP) with an area of 29,881.00 sq. m..
Mayor Osmeña said he will accept the proposal of the Federal Land in developing the property into an enclave, composed of 9 residential towers (4 towers with 36 floors and 5 towers with 26 floors), and will be surrounded by a variety of street level shops and restaurants interpersed with verdant landscapes, sports and leisure facilities.
“With this, together with the Kawit Island Project, Cebu City will now be the premier city” the mayor said while showing to the media the proposed preliminary conceptual design of Federal Land. (Cebu City PIO/Sheena Faith Muñez/CNU Communication Intern)
