Half-naked Woman Found Dead

A half-naked woman was found dead in Viewhills, Barangay Quiot, Pardo Cebu City at around 4 am Wednesday.

Authorities believed that the woman, identified as Jesela Muñoz, 25, was raped as she was half-naked when her body was discovered. Muñoz, who was believed to have come from Getafe, Bohol, sustained several stab wounds in her body.

Police is on a hot pursuit operation against Benedicto Longrino, 40, the alleged culprit of the brutal killing.
