SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern section of Visayas and of Mindanao.

FORECAST:
Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor & Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. The rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds from East to Northeast will prevail over Visayas and coastal waters will be slight to moderate seas.
