SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon

FORECAST:

Whole Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to East will prevail over Eastern Section of Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough while rest of Visayas winds blowing from East to Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
