FORECAST:

The province of Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the Eastern Section of Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro. Light to moderate winds from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
