Visayas Weather Forecast: November 2, 2017

Synopsis: At 3:00 am today, the center of Tropical Depression “Ramil” was estimated based on all available data at 210 km West of Coron, Palawan (12.2N, 118.3E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is forecast to move West at 15 km/h. Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.

FORECAST:

Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms. Visayas including Cebu will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds coming from East to Southeast will prevail over Palawan and Visayas while from East to Northeast over Occidental Mindoro. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
