NCCA, DOT Has Launched the “KulTOURa” App

In celebration of the 156th birth anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), together with the Department of Tourism (DOT), Smart Communications, Inc. and InnoPub Media launched the “KulTOURa” app on June 19.

The launching was held at the Rizal Park Visitor’s Center in Manila. Panelists to the event were NCCA Chairman Virgilio S. Almario, DOT Undersecretary Falconi V. Millar, and PLDT-SMART Head of Public Affairs Ramon R. Isberto.

The new app will aide tourists enjoy their stay in the country by giving them a better appreciation of Philippine culture and history.(NCCA/RJB/JEG/PIA-NCR)
