Courtyards at Brookridge Launch
Courtyards at Brookridge, the second of the Courtyards condominium series and the 39th real estate project of Primary Homes Inc, will be open and ready for occupancy on the first quarter of 2017.
At the press conference held last June 9, 2016, Ramero Espina, the Vice President for Sales and Marketing said that 60% of the units at the Courtyards at Brookridge have been booked during the preselling. A combination of functional accessibility and serene landscaping, the Courtyards is a safe and serene haven within the bustling city. It is located at the Happy Valley Road, Cebu City and it is only a few minutes away from major establishments such as the hospital belt in Fuente, the malls or restaurants within Cebu City, churches and religious institutions.
