Call for Applicants: Global Taste of Korea Philippine Round

KOREAN Cultural Center in the Philippines, in partnership with Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Culinary Institute will be holding the 2016 Global Taste of Korea Cooking Contest on July 2 at LPU.

The cooking contest is open to Filipino citizens aged 18 and above, both professional and amateur cooks who are passionate about Korean cuisine.

For this year, the grand winner for the Philippine round will win 30, 000 pesos cash prize and a culinary trip to Korea. He or she will also represent the Philippines in the Grand Finals which will be held in Korea. The winner for the grand finals in Korea will win $ 10, 000.

Application starts on May 10 to June 10 2016. The complete set of guidelines and the application form may be downloaded from the Center’s official websitewww.koreanculture.ph and submitted via email or at the Korean Cultural Center office.
