Cebu City Mayor Announced The Schedule Of Distribution Of The Financial Assistance

Cebu City Mayor Michael L Rama announced the schedule of distribution of the financial assistance for senior citizens will be on April 15, Friday while the same assistance for Persons-with-disabilities (PWD’s) will be on April 18, Monday.

The announcement was made during his quarterly Interactive Forum with Media Leaders held at the Legislative Social Hall, Cebu City Hall this Thursday morning.

City Treasurer Diwa Cuevas confirmed that payroll and money of the said assistance were already prepared as Senior Citizens will be receiving Two Thousand Pesos each for their March and April, while, PWD’s will received One Thousand Pesos.

Both distributions will be made at the barangay hall or sports complex.

Atty. Jerone Castillo explained that the distribution of the said financial aid was covered by the exemptions of election ban per guidelines set by the Department of Social Welfare and Services.
