Chinese New Year!

5% of the Philippine population is made up of the Filipino-Chinese citizens. Their strong presence has allowed the Filipinos to adapt to some of the Chinese customs and traditions. The most sought-after Chinese celebration is the Chinese New Year which is observed depending on the Lunar Calendar. During this event, there are traditions that are practiced to usher in wealth, abundance and happiness.

A Yeesang Tossing ceremony will then follow to bring in wealth, abundance, good luck and prosperity.

On February 7,2016, a grand festivity will occur at the hotel’s lobby. Traditional practices like the dotting of the lion’s eyes, dragon dance and a grand fireworks display will take place.
