Talisay Market Converted to City College

As what has been agreed between the vendors of Lagtang Public Market and Talisay City officials, the market in Lagtang will soon become an extension of the Talisay City College (TCC).

In a special meeting called by Talisay City College Board of Trustees led by Congressman Eduardo R. Gullas – Honorary Chairman, and Mayor Socrates Fernandez, Chairman, the board approved Resolution No. 16 Series of 2013 converting the said city-owned market into a TCC extension.

City spokesperson Turo Bad said that the extension will offer Technical aVocational Courses in coordination with TESDA.
