on

Life is not perfect. We cannot live everyday without struggling to live. Our lives are not fairy tales where everything will go great with the use of a magic potion or spell. We live in reality, and we have to work our way in order to live. And as we go through that process, our body will not function well from time to time. We will be experiencing stress, and it is normal. This is what you will be experiencing when you’re under stress:

Back Pain

When making reports, studying or doing reports on the table, there is a habit of slouching from time to time. You might be thinking “Isn’t back pains experienced by our elderly?” Teenagers and young adults may experience it when under a lot of stress. In order to get rid of back pains, take a break and do a little bit of stretching and deep breathing.

Head Ache

A very common experience. If you stare at your computer screen too long or if you’re lack of sleep, this will surely hit you. Headaches can last a long time if you continue doing your work while having a headache. In order to get rid of headaches, stop whatever you’re doing, drink a lot of water and close your eyes for a while, surely your headache will slowly leave as time passes by.

Over Eating

When you are cramming or having a hard time with your work, you would want to do something to keep you entertained or awake. One of these habits is overeating which is a common practice by teenagers and young adults. This habit may be satisfying in the process because you’re munching down your favorite snack while chugging down that carbonated-caffeine drink of yours, but the aftermath just makes you feel gross in the inside. Instead of continuing on this habit, why not munch slowly on something healthy instead?

Mood Swings

When under a lot of stress, your mood can change quickly. In five minutes, you can change from being hopeful to getting irritated. This process is normal and can be experienced when cramming or feeling uninspired. In order to control your mood swings, take a break and do deep breathing.

Quit the habit of cramming and perhaps you would experience these signs less, but in the long run, it will be normal to experience these signs when working, just continue to keep a positive mind and surely you have the mindset of having a rewarding result after everything is done.
