Cosplay Contest

When: April 18, 2015
Time: 3:00PM
Where: Gaisano Country Mall Food Center

How to register:
1. Purchase minimum P300 worth of products/goods from any department in Gaisano Country Mall.
2. Present the receipt/proof of purchase at the customer service counter near the grocery area.
3. Fill up the cosplay competition registration form with your complete details.
4. Registration starts on April 1, 2015

Cosplay Guidelines
– Nudity / close to nude cosplay characters is strictly NOT ALLOWED
– Comic, Anime, Video Game or Movie Cosplay is allowed
– Photo / Picture taking inside the grocery, inside the department store is not allowed. Picture taking is only allowed within the Food Center and lobby areas.
– Bringing of steel / sharp bladed props or weapons is discouraged.

Contest Rules
– Contestant must be in costume upon entering the contest venue.
– Contestant should provide their presentation music at least 3 days prior to the day of the contest.
– Call time for contestants is 1 hour before the contest starts.
– Contestant will be judged according to: Costume, Accuracy, Presentation, and Audience Impact.
– Only 3 cosplayers will be announced as winners according to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
– Protest or complaints on the results of the contest is limited only to the contestant(s).

Criteria for Judging
– Costume & Props – 30%
– Cosplay Accuracy – 40%
– Presentation – 20%
– Audience Impact – 10%
