The program was designed to enhance their self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills that they can apply at work and in their personal lives.

The program challenged the boundaries of the participant’s comfort zone through a series of tasks that requires their problem solving abilities, communication capabilities, and organizational talents to overcome.

Pilmico partnered with RAFI-KAC because it believes that its adventure education program would play a vital role in breaking records, fostering innovative minds and dynamic personalities, and developing stronger leaders of the company.
