Moderate Rain Over Parts of Mindanao, Light Rain in NCR – PAGASA

PAGASA said parts of Mindanao may expect light to moderate rain while isolated rain may occur over Metro Manila and much of Luzon Thursday.

PAGASA also said the Northeast Monsoon has strengthened and is now affecting Luzon.

It added that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rain while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough, PAGASA said.

For the rest of the country, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas.

PAGASA said they raised gale warning over the seaboards of Northern Luzon, including Pangasinan.
