Cloudy, Light to Moderate Rain Over Calabarzon and Camarines-PAGASA

State weather agency’s Monday report said Calabarzon and the Camarines provinces will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms due to the tail end of a cold front.

PAGASA added that Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos Region and Central Luzon will be partly cloudy with isolated light rain, this time due to the northeast monsoon while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

In its Monday bulletin, winds will be moderate to occasionally strong from the northeast over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

The rest of the country, will experience light to moderate winds from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
