WILL VP BINAY FACE SENATE TODAY?
Earlier this week, Vice President Jejomar Binay express determination to face the Senate Blue Ribbon committee hearing scheduled today to face charges of corruption hurled against him.
However, he did not confirm his attendance as of yesterday.
Navotas Rep. Tobias Tiangco, interim president of the opposition United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), said on Wednesday he failed to convince the Vice President from attending today’s Blue Ribbon committee hearing, which hear allegations of overpricing in the construction of the Makati City Hall Building II project.
