Rain Over Mindanao, Visayas Areas –PAGASA

State weather agency said Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Central Visayas, and the Leyte provinces will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms Wednesday.

PAGASA said Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos regions, will be partly cloudy with isolated light rain while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Winds will be moderate to strong from the northeast over northern and eastern Luzon and the Visayas. Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough, PAGASA said.

In some parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate from the northeast to east, with slight to moderate seas.

PAGASA’s Jun Galang said the northeast monsoon would bring cooler temperatures.
