Cloudy with Rain over North Luzon-PAGASA

PAGASA on Tuesday said Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera and Ilocos regions will be cloudy with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

State weather service added that the Bicol region and Quezon province will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms.

It said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern sections.

PAGASA said winds will be moderate to strong from the northeast to east over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

In some parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
