BUILDING UNDER FIRE

In his visit to Cebu City last week, Makati-based lawyer Renato Bondal presented to the media this 11-story Makati Parking Building where the P 1.56 Billion price allegedly exceeded from the average construction cost of commercial buildings. The lawyer alleged that this was overpriced by incumbent Vice President Jejomar Binay and son Makati Mayor Erwin Binay, along with other city councilors, prompting Bondal to file plunder charges against them.
