Quimno said that for northern Cebu, DSWD-7 set aside P58.854 million funding for 15,056 recipients under the program. This includes the P3.1 million given to some 2,200 Yolanda victims in Bantayan Island as payout for labor services during the recent visit of President Benigno Aquino III, said the DSWD-7 officer.

Beneficiaries, identified by their local government units, are paid based on the daily minimum wage classification of the area.
