What not to miss out during a holiday is food. Diamond Suites also offers a delectable menu which guests can delight in at the Grain Restaurant, which opens from 6 a.m to 10 p.m, and sipping some refreshments at its 8th Street Bar & Coffee Lounge, which is open from 6 p.m to 2 a.m.

“We have to stand to sell in experience…Our primary product is experience accompanied with perfect people,” Marketing Manager Jason Lim confessed.

Diamond Suites is composed of 60 reliable staffs members who were carefully screened from the different departments to accommodate guests at their satisfaction.

Lim said that the average length of stay of their hotel guests, especially for business travelers is two to three nights. He also mentioned about the hotel’s occupancy rate has increased from 56% in 2012 to 68% this year.

Their target markets are the corporate world, government agencies and travel agencies which are the primary beneficiary of their discount privileges on contracted rates.

When asked about how they see the hotel years from now, Lim directly said that it’s going to be a luxurious class hotel and a primary choice of every traveler.
