Panaghiusa sa Katawhan, Makapugong sa Pagpanglarot sa Kahoy’ng Akasya
I appreciate the highly plausible recommendation of Vice Governor Agnes Magpale if only to save the “old Acacia trees” from being cut in the on-going road widening construction from Naga City to Carcar City. Although the suggestion could mean more expenses to the road project the environmental benefit we can derive from it is priceless.
The importance of these trees to promote ecological balance of the environment in relation to the various living organisms that rely their existence from those trees is inconceivably true. Any solution that seeks to save the lives of “those trees” which have become historical witnesses to the emerging transformation of the lives and culture of the Cebuanos over the years is consistently necessary. To Vice Governor Magpale: Your voice could provide the much needed relief to save those “trees” from being cut and whose “fate of existence” could now be on the chopping block without your help.
