P8-Billion ‘Sugartown’ Township to Rise Near Bacolod-Silay Airport

Property giant Megaworld is set to transform the landscape of Talisay City with the development of its newest township, The Sugartown. Spanning 97 hectares along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Road, this ambitious project marks Megaworld’s 37th township nationwide and its third in Negros Occidental, following the success of Northill Gateway and The Upper East.

The Sugartown is envisioned as a comprehensive mixed-use estate, combining premium residential communities, commercial and retail hubs, and a vibrant town center.
