Ford Philippines Expands Service Reach with New Ford Mandaue Facility

Ford Philippines strengthens its commitment to delivering a superior ownership experience with the opening of its newest dealership service facility in Mandaue City, Cebu. Partnering with Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. (FAVI), the operator of Ford dealerships across the Visayas region, this expansion underscores Ford’s dedication to providing high-quality service and aftersales support.

Strategically located along North Road in Barangay Jagobiao, Mandaue, the newly opened Ford Mandaue facility is designed to streamline service and aftersales transactions for customers. With a larger, more advanced space, it caters to the growing demand for Ford vehicles and services in Cebu and the Visayas region, reinforcing Ford’s investment in customer care.

Largest Ford service facility in Visayas
Spanning 12,000 square meters, Ford Mandaue is now the largest Ford service facility in the Visayas, housing over 20 service bays and more than 30 body and paint bays. This significant expansion enhances Ford’s ability to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services, particularly for customers in northern Cebu City. Additionally, the facility features a three-vehicle display area, enabling various sales and promotional activities.

To celebrate the grand opening, Ford Philippines and Ford Mandaue are offering exclusive promotions. The first fifty (50) customers who reserve and purchase a Ford vehicle from Ford Mandaue between June 5 and June 30, 2025, can receive additional cash savings of up to P50,000.

This offer applies to new Ford customers without active reservations at Ford Cebu, Ford Talisay, or other Ford dealerships. A minimum reservation fee of P10,000 is required for the Territory, Everest, and Ranger, while the Mustang and Explorer require P30,000.
