BPI Permanently Sets InstaPay Transfer Fee at ₱10
The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has officially made its ₱10 InstaPay transfer fee a permanent feature for digital transactions, following strong customer demand and positive feedback. The reduced fee, initially introduced as a promotional offer in March 2025, is now a standard rate for interbank fund transfers made via the BPI app and BPI Online.
BPI’s decision to maintain the lower fee aligns with its broader goal of making digital financial services more accessible to Filipinos. The bank originally charged ₱25 per transaction, but after seeing increased usage and customer satisfaction, it opted to permanently reduce the fee to ₱10.
Impact on Customers
The ₱10 InstaPay fee is now among the lowest in the industry for real-time interbank transfers. This move supports financial inclusion, allowing customers to transfer money more affordably while encouraging the use of digital banking platforms.
With this update, BPI users can continue to enjoy seamless, low-cost InstaPay transfers anytime, anywhere through the bank’s digital channels.
