Diversified Developers Across the Nation Make Their Mark at the 11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards
The 11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints and Dongpeng Ceramic, celebrated the best in the Philippine real estate sector. Held at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, the event recognized top companies and projects from urban and provincial property markets across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Robinsons Land was named the Best Developer in the Philippines for the second year and also received Best Developer (Visayas) and a Special Recognition in ESG. RLC Residences won Best Lifestyle Developer. Robinsons Hotels and Resorts won the Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio award, while Robinsons Offices received recognition for its office developments.
Federal Land, Inc. received Best Developer (Luzon) and Best Mixed-Use Developer awards, with notable projects like The Grand Midori Ortigas. Cebu Landmasters, Inc. was hailed Best Developer (Mindanao) and won various accolades for its projects.
Jose R. Soberano III of Cebu Landmasters, Inc. was named the Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year. The Rising Star Award was presented to Kyle Tan and Lucio Tan III.
Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates received the Best Industrial Developer award, with additional recognition in ESG and Sustainable Design. Aboitiz Land, Inc. won Best Housing Development (Philippines) for Seafront Residences. Primary Homes, Inc. won the Best Sustainable Developer title.
Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation was named Best Boutique Developer. SM Development Corporation (SMDC) also received Special Recognition in ESG and won titles for its various projects.
The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards winners were commended for their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality, and their dedication to ESG and sustainable design.
The list of awardees was decided by an independent panel of expert judges, ensuring fairness, transparency, and credibility. The main country winners are eligible to compete at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand.
