Legato Health Technologies Philippines, Inc., a healthcare management and solutions company, recently announced its rebrand to Carelon Global Solutions. The new brand aims to tackle the most complex problems in healthcare.

Legato Health Technologies, established in the Philippines in 2018, has a strong presence in the country with four offices, two of which are in Manila while the other two are in Iloilo, and a local workforce of nearly 7,000 skilled professionals. The company specializes in digital tools to streamline operations for healthcare organizations.

Carelon Global Solutions President and COO Rajat Puri assured stakeholders and employees that the transition to the new brand will bring promising opportunities. He stated that Carelon will manage and optimize operational processes for health plans and providers through digital solutions and partnerships to improve the healthcare system.
