Cebu City Opens New Vax Site for Minors

Cebu Institute of Technology – University is the newest vaccination site for minors opened by the Cebu City government last December 7, 2021.

The university is the third vaccination site opened for inoculating minors ages 12 to 17 years old.

Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama and Vice Mayor Donaldo Hontiveros led the opening of the third vaccination site in the city.

Moreover, the city is strengthening its vaccination efforts for minors, especially with the threat of the new Omicron variant of COVID-19.

As of December 5, the total vaccinated minors in Cebu City is 107,997.

Earlier this year, the city has already opened two vaccination sites for minors in Southwestern University-Phinma and Robinsons Cybergate. (ASC)
