New Hospital Opens in Mandaue City

The Hospital at Maayo is the lastest hospital to open in Cebu, specifically in Mandaue City.

The fully-fledged hospital officially opened last December 2, 2021, it is located at 168 Plaridel St, Mandaue City.

The Hospital at Maayo, before it became a fully-fledged hospital, was an outpatient healthcare facility. Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, it was converted into a hospital that has 100 hospital beds.

The Primary Group of Builders is the owner of the said hospital.

The Department of Health (DOH) and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHILHEALTH) gave the accreditation of the hospital as a medical-grade health care facility.

The hospital has about 200 doctors and plans to increase the number of nurses and other hospital staff in the future.

The hospital offers a wide range of diagnostics, specialties, and therapeutic services to patients from Cebu and other parts of Visayas and Mindanao. (ASC)
