Labella’s Wake in Cebu City Hall Until Friday
The remains of late Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella will be at the Cebu City Hall to be available for public viewing until Friday, November 23, 2021.
The newly appointed mayor of Cebu City, Michael Rama, said that they are preparing for the arrival of Cebuanos who want to pay their respects to the late Edgardo Labella.
Michael Rama took an oath as “mayor by virtue of succession” last Saturday.
The late Mayor Labella died at dawn last Friday, November 19.
The late Mayor’s son Edgardo “Jaypee” Labella Jr. said that his father died in Perpetual Succour Hospital due to septic shock secondary to pneumonia. (ASC)
