Write to Ignite Season 2 Unveils Top 40 Finalists

Bloggers from all over the Philippines participated in ComCo’s “Write to Ignite Blogging Project” Season 2 to tell their life stories and experiences during these trying times under the event’s theme “Dear Survivor”.

108 bloggers, who hail from various places in the country such as Ilocos, Baguio, Laguna, Bulacan, Manila, Albay, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Davao, blogged their stories in the form of writing a letter to themselves and in hopes that their stories be a form of light and inspiration to other people. These entries include what challenges they faced, their current situation in this crisis, life reflections, and what their communities have faced. Bloggers did not only mention their own life experiences but they also added what is happening in their communities now that the entire world, not just the nation, is battling an ongoing hardship.

ComCo Southeast Asia recently held the “Storytellers Get-Together and Top 40 Reveal”, a virtual event that celebrates the 108 storytellers for “Write to Ignite Season 2” as well as announces the Top 40 finalists in commemoration of this event.

This August 27, 2021, an awarding ceremony will be held to announce the winning entries for “Write to Ignite Blogging Project’s” top 40 finalists. This will also include the rest of the 108 storytellers.
