Cebu Business Month 2021 Celebration Still Virtual

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) announced on Friday that they had set activities for the celebration of Cebu Business Month (CBM) virtually again this year as the COVID-19 pandemic is still present.

CBM is the biggest celebration of the Cebu business community. In the past, CBM is celebrated with physical conferences along with trade events and other activities. However, when the pandemic hit last year, the chamber decided to celebrate virtually to adhere to health protocols.

Despite the shift to virtual means, 2020’s celebration was still a success, and the chamber is optimistic about this year’s CBM celebration.

The chamber also announced that Cebu businessman Michael Cubos, last year’s chairman for CBM, will still sit as the chairman for this year’s CBM.

Cubos said that with this virtual shift, the chamber will be utilizing the CBM App as a platform for the virtual activities for the participants. (ASC)
