Mindanao and Visayas Affected by Tropical Depression Vicky

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warns the Mindanao and Visayas regions to expect heavy rains and winds as Tropical Depression Vicky (TD Vicky) made landfall in Baganga, Davao Oriental.

Once observed as a Low-Pressure Area (LPA) spotted in Mindanao, strengthened and became Tropical Depression Vicky as it inched closer to land, having a maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h.
