Primo Morillo, Convenor of TPF, said, “It is high time for President Duterte to look at the urgent concerns of airline passengers. This is good and we are cautiously optimistic that the government will come up with the right solutions within a month.”

Morillo also suggested that the President take a closer look at the Air Passenger Bill of Rights and how to improve it. The Airline Passenger Bill of Rights is the Joint DOTr (then DOTC)-DTI Administrative Order No. 1, issued in 2012.

The Passenger Forum vowed to monitor the developments regarding the President’s promise especially for the next 30 days.
