Davide Wants to Focus on Health

Outgoing Governor and now Vice Governor Elect Hilario “Junjun” Davide III wants to focus on health as soon as he assumes office on June 30.

Davide said he wants to handle the committee on health to focus on how to improve and develop the health care services and facilities all around the province.

Davide along with the re-elected and new board members from the different legislative districts of Cebu will meet on June 10 to discuss about the development of the Province.

Davide is the new presiding officer of the Provincial Board (Sangguniang Panlalawigan).

Re-elected officials include Provincial Board Members Yolanda “Yoly Daan” and Raul Bacaltos in the 1st district, Edsel Galeos and Jose Mari Salvador in the 2nd district, Victoria Toribio in the 3rd district, Horacio Paul Franco in the 4th district, Miguel Antonio Magpale in the 5th district, Thadeo Ouano in the 6th district and Jerome Librando and Christopher Baricuatro in the 7th district.

New members of the Provincial Board are John Borgonia in the 3rd district, Kerrie Shimura in the 4th district, Andrei Duterte in the 5th district and Glenn Soco in the 6th district.

All of them will assume office on June 30 along with Governor Elect Gwen Garcia and Vice Governor Elect Hilario Davide III. (MLC)
