Passport Applicants in Region XII Benefit from Online Passport Appointment System

The Regional Consular Office XII in General Santos City is pleased to announce receipt of eight (8) passport applications registered under the new nationwide online passport appointment system. Among others, Mr. Melvin Bacus Duguil, the first online registered applicant and a Singapore based Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who is on vacation in the Philippines, had successfully completed the processing of his application for renewal of passport within the prescribed time.

The nationwide Online Passport Appointment System is a newly launched service of the Department of Foreign Affairs that is FREE-OF-CHARGE. All passport applicants can visit the website and select the locations and time of their preference to make said submissions, except for applications for replacement of lost passports.
