Warm, Humid Weather on Tuesday

Hot and humid weather with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon is expected to prevail on Tuesday due to the ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA), state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

In its advisory, PAGASA said the Ridge of a High Pressure Area (HPA) extends over the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas.

For Tuesday forecast, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail nationwide.

Light to moderate winds coming from the southeast to southwest will prevail over Luzon and from the east to southeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.

The state weather bureau has not issued gale warning as the fisherfolk are safe to venture into the seas. (PNA) JMC/CLTC
