The election officers of the north and south districts of Cebu City will be reshuffled in time for the upcoming May 9 polls.
Cebu City North District Election Officer Marchel Sarno said he will be assigned in Lapu-Lapu City.
Sarno said he will be replaced by Cebu City South District Election Officer Edwin Cadungog.
Cadungog’s post in the south district, on the other hand, will be occupied by Michael Angelo Sarno, who is the election officer of Toledo City.
Based on the memorandum they received, the new election officers will have to assume their new posts not later than April 1.
Earlier, Cebu Provincial Election Supervisor Marco Lionel Castillano was reassigned to Negros Oriental, but only for the upcoming elections.
