The month-long celebration will kick-off with a parade on March 8 spearheaded by the Cebu City Commission on Women and Family Affairs.
To further intensify the advocacy efforts, social welfare officers from DSWD-7 will act as resource speakers during the weekly Kapihan sa Philippine Information Agency (PIA) – Cebu on March 23.
